To ensure smooth, fair, and organized proceedings while fostering unity and sportsmanship, the SDO Oriental Mindoro headed by SDS Maria Luisa D. Servando, PhD, CESO VI, conducted the Solidarity Meeting on January 27, 2026 at Mena Valencia Gym, Naujan.

Naujan Municipal Mayor Joel Teves and Vice Mayor Candido Melgar Jr. welcomed the athletic delegations from different districts of Oriental Mindoro led by their respective Public Schools District Supervisors, the SDO Palaro Committees, and the Palaro Technical Officials. Also present to give inspiring message to the athletes was Oriental Mindoro Provincial Administrator Atty. Earl Turano II.

Guidelines and other reminders were presented by the chairpersons of the Palaro Committees.
